The IPO comprises a fresh share sale of approximately 1.55 crore equity shares, valued at ₹342 crore at the upper end of the price band. Investors can participate by applying for a minimum of 65 equity shares in one lot, with multiples thereafter. This IPO presents a unique opportunity for both institutional and retail investors to engage with a company that specializes in manufacturing fin and tube-type heat exchangers.

The funds raised from this IPO, estimated to be around ₹242.5 crore, will be strategically utilized for significant investments in the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, KRN HVAC Products. Specifically, the investment will be directed towards setting up a new manufacturing facility located in Neemrana, Alwar, Rajasthan, with the remaining capital earmarked for general corporate purposes.
