Motorcycle manufacturer Royal Enfield has announced a notable 11% rise in total wholesales for September 2024, reaching 86,978 units compared to 78,580 units during the same period last year. This growth reflects the company’s continued success and appeal in the competitive motorcycle market.
In the domestic arena, Royal Enfield's dispatches saw a 7% increase year-on-year, totalling 79,326 units, up from 74,261 units in September 2023. Additionally, export numbers surged from 4,319 units in September of the previous year to 7,652 units last month, highlighting a strong international demand for the brand.
"We have registered steady growth in the month of September owing to our recent launches," stated Royal Enfield CEO B. Govindarajan. He emphasized that the 2024 Classic 350 has played a crucial role in solidifying its iconic status among riders, performing exceptionally well since its introduction.
